Transfer Service

Transfer Service within LWWB Service Area:

To transfer your service to another location you will need to either call or visit us and provide/verify the following information:

• Lease or Settlement Statement
• Name
• Service Address
• Mailing Address (if different from service address)
• Current Telephone Number
• Employer and Work Number
• Social Security Number
• Date of Birth
• Copy of Driver's License
• Name and Telephone Number of nearest relative or friend

Transfer Fee: $25.00

Deposit: Will be transferred to new location

Please note: Any amount due at the current location (transferring from) will need to be paid in full along with the Transfer fee before transfer can be completed.
